Shipments & Returns


All products ship from our facilities in Los Angeles. We do not ship on weekends, but we will get your order out the door first thing Monday morning. Orders shipped within the US typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Be sure to check your email for updates on your order.

Many of our items are handmade in countries around the world. For this reason, some items may take longer to produce and ship to you if they are not currently in stock.

Shipping & Handling - Holiday Updates

U.S. Shipping 

- Orders over $75* receive free standard shipping within the US. Standard Shipping will take between 4-12 days in the continental US and 5-15 non-continental. 

- Orders under $75 receive standard shipping within the US for $4.99. Standard Shipping will take between 4-12 days in continental US and 5-15 non-continental. 


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.   

Express Shipping Options

Continental US

- Express Shipping (3-5 days).

- Priority Express Shipping (2-4 business days).

Non-continental US:

- Priority Express Shipping (5-7 days).

We want you to be 8000% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t for any reason, we will gladly accept your exchange or return within 15 days of when you received your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged products purchased directly from Proof of purchase is required. We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods such as soaps, beauty creams, oils, food, and beverages unless incorrect or damaged upon receipt. 

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery in order to receive a refund/exchange.

To exchange or return an item —

(1) Contact us. Email (subject: Return) with a reason for the return/exchange — e.g., wrong item or size, incorrect fit, change of mind, damaged, etc. Please include what date you plan to ship the item back to us.

(2) Ship the item(s). We will contact you directly to complete the return and provide you with a free prepaid shipping label. Use this label to ship the item back to us in the original packaging. Drop off the package at your local USPS Post Office or schedule a pickup.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for return/exchange. Once we have confirmed the item was purchased from Enrou, is unused and is in its original condition, we will refund your account.
