Shipments & Returns
All products ship from our facilities in Los Angeles. We do not ship on weekends, but we will get your order out the door first thing Monday morning. Orders shipped within the US typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Be sure to check your email for updates on your order.
Many of our items are handmade in countries around the world. For this reason, some items may take longer to produce and ship to you if they are not currently in stock.

Shipping & Handling - Holiday Updates
U.S. Shipping - No guarantee before Dec. 24
- Orders over $75* receive free standard shipping within the US. Standard Shipping will take between 4-12 days in the continental US and 5-15 non-continental. No guaranteed delivery by Dec. 24 after Dec. 15.
- Orders under $75 receive standard shipping within the US for $4.99. Standard Shipping will take between 4-12 days in continental US and 5-15 non-continental. No guaranteed delivery by Dec. 24 after Dec. 15.
International orders are available only for standard shipping at a flat rate of $25.00. No shipping guarantee before Dec. 24.
Express Shipping Options
- Express Shipping (3-5 days) get on or by Dec. 24 if you order by Dec. 18: $14.99
- Priority Express Shipping (2-4 business days) - Get on or by Dec. 24 if you order by Dec. 20: $29.99
- Priority Express Shipping (5-7 days) get on or by Dec. 24 if you order by 12/18: $25.00
Los Angeles Adjacent
- If your items will be shipped in or around Los Angeles, you may be eligible for Postmates same-day delivery. You will see this option at checkout if available to you fall within a specified distance and order on Monday - Friday from 9a-4p.
The last day we will be accepting Postmates same day delivery will be Dec. 22 as our office will be closed Dec. 23 - Dec. 26 for the holiday. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.

We want you to be 8000% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t for any reason, we will gladly accept your exchange or return within 15 days of when you received your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged products purchased directly from Enrou.co. Proof of purchase is required. We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods such as soaps, beauty creams, oils, food, and beverages unless incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery in order to receive a refund/exchange.
To exchange or return an item —
(1) Contact us. Email firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: Return) with a reason for the return/exchange — e.g., wrong item or size, incorrect fit, change of mind, damaged, etc. Please include what date you plan to ship the item back to us.
(2) Ship the item(s). We will contact you directly to complete the return and provide you with a free prepaid shipping label. Use this label to ship the item back to us in the original packaging. Drop off the package at your local USPS Post Office or schedule a pickup.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for return/exchange. Once we have confirmed the item was purchased from Enrou, is unused and is in its original condition, we will refund your account.
