Many of our items are handmade and some are made from recycled materials. This means that your Enrou product may vary slightly from what is pictured on our website. We hope that you enjoy your unique, one-of-a-kind piece! 

However if you have any questions about a specific item, or if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, please email us at support@enrou.co regarding your concerns and we will do our best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your Enrou purchase.

Don't see your size? 

Because all Enrou items are hand-crafted and some are not mass produced, there is a chance that a specific design or style only comes in one or a few sizes.
