Marketing Intern

Where:  Culver City, CA                                 

Approx Hours: 15-20 hours a week

Timeline:  Winter 2017   January - March/April (Duration flexible)


Position Description:

Enrou is looking for an awesome full-time or part-time intern to join our small, yet scrappy, marketing and customer acquisition team. You will be very involved in brainstorming marketing strategies, creating consistent brand messaging and campaigns, and building awareness of the company.


Get ready! We work in a fast-paced, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants, team environment. If you can keep up, you will finish the internship having gained relevant hands-on marketing experience in the startup, fashion, e-commerce and social-good industries.


Responsibilities

> Develop and implement customer acquisition marketing campaigns while meeting performance targets and goals

> Strategize and identify new opportunities for growth of online marketing channels and local outreach

> Collaborate with design team to develop creative concepts and campaigns

> Evaluate performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, such as email, social, and on-site placements

> Support partnerships with external parties and work closely with internal teams, such as > Design, Content, Product & Social teams

> Analyze consumer data, identify actionable opportunities, and measure and report on performance

> Analyze business development and facilitate the acquisition of targeted customers

> Assist with other general office tasks and special projects that may arise


Requirements

> Relevant experience in marketing (school or work)

> Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

> Knowledge in search engine marketing strategies

> Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel

> Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills

> Ability to communicate to professionals of all levels

> Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
