Events Intern
Where: Culver City, CA
Approx Hours: 10-15 hours a week (split between in office & events)
Timeline: May - July (duration flexible)
Position Details:
Enrou’s unique and competitive Internship Program is ideal for those interested in pursuing careers in content media, entertainment, fashion, social enterprise, e-commerce, nonprofit management, and/or international development work. Through your daily work and special projects, you will have a direct impact on our mission while being exposed to all the functional areas of the organization. No coffee runs or dry-cleaning - unless it’s for yourself.
As the Events & Partnership Intern, you’ll be responsible for the excellent execution of various Enrou events. You’ll produce many different types of events varying in size, objective, audience, location and budget. You’ll be responsible for working with our team of change-makers to ensure that every aspect of a production is done with grace and passion.
Working with us will give you the opportunity to:
> You will work closely with the Marketing Team, Merchandise Team, Retention Team and Core Team to produce various events in line with the organization’s objectives.
> You’ll be responsible for technical and experiential (such as decor, flow and ambiance) areas of production for Enrou-hosted event, including screenings, dinners, pop-ups, and campaigns.
> You’ll assist the Co-Founders with external speaking arrangements and conferences as needed.
> You’ll support the Enrou team by providing event production support for occasional all-staff gatherings and parties.
> Be a representative of Enrou at markets, vendor events, pop-up shops and parties.
> Be an advocate of craft, design, impact and storytelling.
> Help design aesthetically branded space at events to represent the brand.
> Work alongside Sales & Marketing team in creating a presence in the greater Los Angeles area.
> Inspire the Enrou community by creating engaging events.
> Help set and hit sales projections and email collections for each event.
