Enrou is seeking a creative, talented, and experienced game-changer with a heart for social good to join the executive team in building this dynamic and high-potential startup.

Director of Growth & Acquisition will:
> Work with team to develop a clear marketing plan/strategy that encompasses the proposed marketing arsenal.
> Oversee all paid media (i.e., partnerships, affiliate marketing, paid search, display, retargeting.)
> Be able to work within a limited budget to create exponential growth as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
> Establish and drive the acquisition (top of the funnel) and retention strategies for Enrou customers across digital, mobile, and offline channels to drive business goals including sales, lead generation, and brand awareness.
> Identify key performance indicators in relation to business goals to measure marketing results to report to executive team and drive overall business strategy.
> Build strategic partnerships that will expand the visibility of Enrou. For example, building and nurturing relationships with fashion blogs, retail stores, nonprofit organizations,other companies etc.
> Engage consumers through customer segmentation strategies and pinpoint target customer demographics
> Stay up to date with industry and competitor trends, and implement changes as necessary.
> Constantly monitor analytics to help make data-driven decisions
> Mobilize generations of consumers to create global impact through the power of purchase.
What we value:
> Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising (preferred)
> 4+ years experience in Customer Acquisition/Marketing (experience in online or ecommerce growth preferred)
> A proven record of success in creating brand awareness, acquiring customers, and increasing conversion to sales.
> Strong communications skills and ability to lead, manage and grow a strong team
> Outstanding analytical capabilities and ability to use customer data to drive sales.
> Ability to be versatile/take on additional tasks as needed due to the nature of the startup
> Must understand the role of social enterprise in fusing profit with purpose and be passionate about the company’s vision.
