Retention Marketing Intern
Where: Playa Vista, CA
Approx Hours: 15 -20 hours a week
Timeline: January - March 2016 (duration flexible)
Position Details:
Enrou’s unique and competitive Internship Program is ideal for those interested in pursuing careers in writing, content media, entertainment, fashion, social enterprise, e-commerce, nonprofit management, and/or international development work. Through your daily work and special projects, you will have a direct impact on our mission while being exposed to all the functional areas of the organization. No coffee runs or dry-cleaning - unless it’s for yourself.
Get ready! We work in a fast-paced, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants, team environment. If you can keep up, you will finish the internship having gained relevant hands-on experience in the startup, fashion, e-commerce and social-good industries.
Working with us will give you the opportunity to:
> Strategize campaigns that will reach current audiences and customers and inspire consumers to make a lasting impact with every purchase and encourage repeat sales
> Assist in the creation & implementation of digital (including email, content, social media marketing and paid advertising) and traditional marketing including assisting in campaign strategy and providing copy, imagery, and other creative.
> Research, brainstorm, plan, and implement projects for each of our marketing channels to assist in the retention of customers to encourage repeat buying
> Assist with data collection and analytics and create monthly reports to help strategize a holistic marketing approach.
> Assist customer acquisition marketing, social media, and other teams as necessary
Qualifications:
> Comfortable with deadlines and quick turnarounds, and has a strong work ethic
> Obsessed with details and has a keen eye for ways to improve their craft
> Extremely attentive to details (grammar fiends welcome!)
> A creative thinker who can craft targeted, out-of-the-box campaigns & creative that drive results
> A knack for understanding other people: knowing our audience & customers’ interests, needs, wants, and desires so we can deliver those to them
> Must be a motivated, self-driven individual who is not afraid to tap into their entrepreneurial spirit
> Our team will provide you with guidance and direction, but you must be willing to set your own priorities, accomplish goals and hit company deadlines on an individual level
> Excited to learn more about social enterprise, international development, retention marketing, social media, & fashion
Part-time opportunities, with an immediate start date in Playa Vista, CA.
