Inventory Management Intern 

 

Where:  Playa Vista, CA

Approx Hours: 15-20 hours a week

Timeline:  January - March 2016 (duration flexible)

Position Description:

Enrou’s unique and competitive Internship Program is ideal for those interested in pursuing careers in content media, entertainment, fashion, social enterprise, e-commerce, nonprofit management, and/or international development work. Through your daily work and special projects, you will have a direct impact on our mission while being exposed to all the functional areas of the organization. No coffee runs or dry-cleaning - unless it’s for yourself.

Get ready! We work in a fast-paced, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants, team environment. If you can keep up, you will finish the internship having gained relevant hands-on visual design experience in the startup, fashion, e-commerce and social-good industries.

                                  

Working with us will give you the opportunity to:

> Work closely with Product Manager to plan and support vendor relationships with organizations worldwide

> Assist Product Manager in the development of potential product partnerships including researching and contacting potential product vendors and assisting in on-boarding new vendors

> Assist Product Manager in the selection of merchandise for upcoming season(s)

> Assist in product inventory management including ordering and receiving inventory, uploading and merchandising inventory to online CMS platform, writing copy for product, brand, and artisan descriptions, planning, editing, and uploading product photography, etc.

> Evaluate product performance on website and marketing campaigns, such as email, social, and on-site placements

> Support partnerships with external parties such as bloggers, editors, and public relations firm

> Assist in the creative and logistical planning and implementation for creative seasonal photoshoot campaigns including seasonal lookbook and social media asset creation

> Researching various POP systems, retail landscapes and trends, and new potential impact partners

> Assist with other general office tasks and special projects that may arise
